Season 1:
- Ep 4. Phantom Traveler: Dean saying ‘Cristo’ video

Season 2: 
- Ep 18. Hollywood Babylon: When Dean and Sam are trying to have a conversation but Dean keeps talking into his headset because he’s acting as a personal assistant.

Season 3: (We couldn’t decide on a favorite)
- Ep 5. Bedtime stories: When Sam is telling Dean about the Cinderella fairytale and Dean says “Dude, could you be more gay? Don’t answer that”

- Ep 13. Ghostfacers:jUST THAT ENTIRE FUCKING EPISODE IS SO FUNNY OK I AM SO DONE WITH THEM. ESPESCIALLY “ED, YOU’VE GOT TO BE GAY FOR THAT POOR DEAD INTERN”

Season 4: (so far)
- Ep 1. Lazarus Rising: When Bobby is trying to figure out if Dean is a demon and dumps holy water on him and whatever
- Ep 2. Are You There God? It’s Me… Dean Winchester:  When Bobby shows Sam and Dean his ghost proof bunker and when he is asked how he made it he says because he had a weekend off.
